What’s Included: 15 hours of rental time per month for photo studio or office space. 10% off extra hours beyond 20. Free Wi-Fi, refreshments, and office amenities. Basic equipment (lighting for shoots, office chairs). Access to member-only events. Reserve up to 14 days in advance. 

This membership is part of a 30-day pilot program for the member to test our services. After the trial period, if we choose to continue, the member will need to sign up for the monthly subscription to retain access. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes or discontinuation. All benefits and terms are subject to change based on program performance and member feedback. 

Membership is non-transferable, and unused hours do not roll over month-to-month unless otherwise specified.

Nouveau Spaces is a service provided by Media Commanders, LLC. Use of Facilities: 
The member agrees to use the rented facilities solely for lawful business purposes. 
The member agrees to rent the conference room as provided by Media Commanders, LLC on an hourly basis and will coordinate with Media Commanders, LLC on the scheduling of the reservations for a for a total of 94 usable hours. 
The member agrees and understands that unused hours will not be refunded. 
The member shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and building policies while utilizing the facilities. 
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your membership and use of Nouveau Spaces a service by Media Commanders, LLC, a private office, studio, and conference space and audio/video/and photo rental and production service ("Service"). 
Please read these Terms carefully before becoming a member and using our facilities. By becoming a member and using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
 1. Membership Agreement:
 1.1. By registering as a member of Nouveau Spaces a service by Media Commanders, LLC you agree to the terms outlined in these Terms of Service. 1.2. Membership duration and fees are specified in your membership plan. Fees are payable in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. 1.3. Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others without prior written consent from Media Commanders. 
2. Facility Use:
 2.1. Members and Day Pass Holders are granted access to the facilities during the hours specified in their membership plan or reservation. 2.2. The use of office, studio, and conference spaces is subject to availability and should be scheduled in advance through the designated booking system. 2.3. All members must adhere to Media Commanders' rules and guidelines regarding space usage, cleanliness, noise levels, and safety. 
3. Payment and Billing:

3.1. Members will be billed according to their chosen membership plan and billing cycle. Fees must be paid on time to maintain membership privileges. 3.2. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your membership which can result in having no access to the facility. 
3.3. Members or Day Pass Holders with unpaid balances related to overtime usage, additional add-ons, property damage, or any other fees incurred during their membership or visit to Nouveau Spaces acknowledge and agree that their new reservations may be canceled, or their memberships suspended until such balances are settled. Media Commanders reserves the right to enforce this policy to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all members and day pass holders. Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in the cancellation of reservations or the suspension of membership privileges until the outstanding amounts are paid in full. Additionally, Media Commanders reserves the right to pursue litigation to retrieve unpaid funds, including any associated legal fees incurred. 
4. Cancellation and Refunds:
 4.1. Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to Media Commanders according to the cancellation policy outlined in their membership agreement. 4.2. Membership fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in your membership agreement. 4.3. In the event that the facility is unable to accommodate the Renter's reserved dates due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, emergencies, significant operational disruptions, issues related to lease renewals or other property management matters, or required maintenance or similar activities), we reserve the right to notify the Renter as soon as reasonably possible. In such cases, Media Commanders, LLC will offer the option to reschedule the reservation for an alternative date. If a reschedule cannot be arranged, Media Commanders, LLC will only provide a full refund for the portion of the reservation affected by the inability to reschedule or honor the remaining hours purchased by the member. 4.4. If the member does not utilize their entire hour bank during the reservation period, the renter will receive a credit for the unused time, which can be applied to a future reservation within one year. 4.5 The renter is only eligible for a refund if we are unable to honor remaining unused hours within a one year period. 4.6 This refund or credit will constitute the sole remedy available to the Renter for the cancellation, alteration, or rescheduling of the reservation in accordance with our refund policy. 
5. Code of Conduct:
 5.1. All members and Day Pass Holders are expected to treat fellow members, Nouveau Spaces staff, and the facilities with respect and professionalism. 5.2. Harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership. 
6. Liability:
 6.1. Media Commanders, LLC is is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property or equipment brought onto the premises by members. 6.2. Members and Day Pass Holders are liable for any damage caused to Media Commanders' property due to negligence or misconduct. 
7. Privacy:
 7.1. Media Commanders respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. 7.2. By using the Service, you agree to Nouveau Spaces' privacy policy, which is available on our website. 7.3. Members, Day Pass Holders, and their guests acknowledge and agree to be under video-only surveillance during their visit to the co-working space premises. Surveillance cameras may be used to monitor and record activity within shared areas for security, liability, and safety purposes. By entering the premises, members and their guests consent to being recorded by surveillance cameras and understand that footage may be used by the co- working space for security, operational, or legal purposes as permitted by law. 
8. Limitations of Liability, Release, and Indemnification:

By becoming a member of Nouveau Spaces a service by Media Commanders, LLC members and Day Pass Holders acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 
Limitations of Liability: Media Commanders, LLC and its organizers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience that may occur during events. Attendees participate at their own risk, and Media Commanders, LLC assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may arise. 
Release: Members and Day Pass Holders hereby release Media Commanders, LLC, its officers and members, employees, affiliates and existing and/or future landlords from any claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action, whether now known or unknown, arising out of or related to event participation. 
Indemnification: Members and Day Pass Holders agree to indemnify and hold Media Commanders, it’s it’s officers and members, , it’s employees and it’s landlords harmless from any claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of their participation in events or any violation of event policies. 
9 Arbitration:
 9.1 If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association located in Somerset, NJ or Los Angeles, CA under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. The parties agree to split the cost of the mediation filing fees, administrative fees, and final fees evenly. 
10. Tenant-Landlord Privilege:
 10.1. Members, Day Pass holders, and their guests explicitly acknowledge and agree that their membership does not confer any rights or privileges of a tenant, lessee, or occupant under landlord-tenant law. Members and their guests have no rights, interests, or claims as tenants of the premises. 
11. No Guarantees or Promises:
 a. Nouveau Spaces does not guarantee or promise that membership in the association will lead to improvements in careers, or business success. 
12. Modifications:
 11.1. Media Commanders, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of any changes. 11.2. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the modified terms. 
13. Termination:
 12.1. Nouveau Spaces a service of Media Commanders, LLC may terminate your membership and access to the facilities for violations of these Terms, misconduct, or any other reason deemed appropriate or within the rights of Media Commanders, LLC. 
14. Errors and Omissions Statement
 Media Commanders is committed to providing accurate, up-to-date, and reliable information on our website, in our rules, policies, and all other materials. However, we understand that errors or omissions may occur from time to time, despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy. This statement outlines our approach to addressing such situations: 
14.1. Continuous Review and Updates: We regularly review and update the content on our website, rules, and policies to ensure accuracy. We strive to provide the most current and accurate information available at all times.

15. Severability, Conflict, Waiver, Force Majeure, and Updates to Rules:
 By engaging with Media Commanders and it’s Nouveau Spaces services, members acknowledge and accept the following provisions: 
15.1. Severability: If any provision of these event rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 
15.2. Conflict: In the event of any conflict between these event rules and any other agreements or policies, these event rules shall prevail solely for the purpose of event participation. 
15.3. Waiver: The failure of Media Commanders, LLC to enforce any provision of these event rules shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision. 
15.4. Force Majeure: Media Commanders, LLC shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or alteration of events due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events. 
15.5. Updates to Rules: Media Commanders reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these event rules at its discretion. Members will be notified of any such changes through official communication channels. 
16. Valid Identification: 16.1 Management reserves the right to request valid identification, such as government-issued photo identification, upon the applicant's arrival at any of our facilities. 
17. Governing Law: 17.1. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

Property Damage Acknowledgment Agreement 
Members and Day Pass Holders acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests to the building or any items within the premises of the spaces provided, including areas outside the designated spaces. This includes damages to the building structure, fixtures, or any other contents within the premises. Members and day pass holders shall be liable for the repair or replacement costs incurred as a result of such damages. Media Commanders, LLC reserves the right to charge the member's or day pass holder's account for the full cost of repairs or replacements necessary to restore the damaged property to its original condition.

Community Guidelines 
As members and guests of Nouveau Spaces a service by Media Commanders, LLC, we recognize the importance of maintaining a high standard of professionalism, ethical behavior, and mutual respect within our community. This Code of Conduct outlines the principles and guidelines that govern our interactions and activities within Nouveau Spaces and all members, day pass holders and their guests agree to abide by these guidelines. At Media Commanders, we strive to provide a harmonious and productive co-working environment for all our valued members. 
To ensure the best experience for everyone, all members and guests must adhere to the following rules: 
Respectful Behavior: Treat fellow members, guests, and our staff with respect and professionalism. Discrimination, harassment, and any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. 
Noise Level: Maintain an appropriate noise level in common areas to avoid disrupting others. If you need to take a phone call, please use designated phone booths or common areas. 
Cleanliness: Keep your workspace and common areas clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly and leave meeting rooms in the condition you found them. 
Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and emergency procedures. Be aware of fire exits, extinguishers, and other safety equipment. 
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within Media Commanders premises. This includes traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking or vaping devices. We prioritize the health and comfort of all our members and maintain a smoke-free environment. 
Guests: Feel free to bring guests, but kindly inform the front desk in advance. Guests are expected to follow the same rules as members. 
Meeting Rooms: To ensure availability, members must reserve any required rooms in advance. Use them only during your allotted time. Be punctual to allow for smooth transitions between bookings. 
Shared Amenities: Respect shared amenities like the photo/video production space, kitchenette, and balcony. Keep them organized and clean for everyone's enjoyment. 
Privacy: Respect the privacy of fellow members and their work. Do not take photos or videos of others without their permission. 
Networking: While networking is encouraged, please respect others' time and work commitments when initiating conversations. 
Events and Workshops: Attend and participate in events and workshops with an open mind. Your engagement enhances our community. 
Guest Policy: Members are welcome to bring guests, but please remember that you are responsible for your guests' conduct. Ensure your guests adhere to our community guidelines and respect the space and fellow members. 
Safety First: Prioritize safety for yourself and others. If you notice any safety hazards or concerns, please report them immediately to our staff. 
Parking: If you require parking, there is a conveniently located parking garage across the street from Nouveau Spaces. Please follow the designated rules and guidelines of the parking facility. Be mindful of other members' parking needs. 
Hallway Etiquette: To maintain smooth traffic flow and ensure everyone's comfort, please avoid lingering in the hallways. 
Membership Access: Do not share your access card or entry code with unauthorized individuals. Contact the management for any access-related concerns. 
Dress Code: Maintain a professional appearance in line with your work and the environment. 
Pets: We allow service animals in accordance with applicable laws. However, pets are not generally permitted in the workspace for the comfort of all members. 
No Self-Promotion: While sharing experiences and insights is encouraged, members should refrain from using Nouveau Spaces platforms for direct self-promotion, advertising, or solicitation. 
Harassment-Free Environment: Nouveau Spaces is committed to providing a harassment-free environment for all members. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. 
No Tenant-Landlord Relationship: It's important to clarify that members and their guest have no rights as tenants on Media Commanders, LLC property or facilities. Membership grants access to the workspace, but it does not establish a tenant-landlord relationship. Members agree to follow our club rules and policies. 
Feedback: We value your input. If you have suggestions, feedback, or concerns, feel free to communicate with our staff. 
Limitations of Liability: Media Commanders, LLC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from or related to the participation in membership events, activities, interactions, or the use of club resources. All members acknowledge and agree to the following specific limitations of liability: 
Compliance: Members must adhere to all federal, state, and local laws, as well as our club rules and policies. 
Voluntary Participation: Participation in Media Commanders events, activities, discussions, and interactions is entirely voluntary. Members assume full responsibility for their involvement and any consequences that may arise from such participation. 
Personal Conduct: Members shall conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner during all Nouveau Spaces-related activities. The club is not responsible for any disputes, conflicts, or issues that may arise between members during events or interactions. 
Assumption of Risk: By participating in club events, activities, and interactions, members acknowledge that certain activities may carry inherent risks. Members accept these risks and release Nouveau Spaces, it’s employees, and its leadership from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred. 
Third-Party Services: The club may collaborate with third-party vendors or venues for events. Members acknowledge that the Nouveau Spaces is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by third parties. 
Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Media Commanders, LLC, leadership, and its employees, and landlords from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their actions, conduct, or participation in Nouveau Spaces-related activities. 
Photography and Media: Members attending club events understand that photographs or media content may be captured. Media Commanders reserves the right to use such media for promotional purposes without prior consent. 
Disclaimer of Warranties: Media Commanders, LLC makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information, resources, or services provided. 
Compliance with Laws: Abide by all local laws and regulations while using our spaces. Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.Termination of Membership: Media Commanders, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's membership in accordance withs it’s rules and policies. Media Commanders, LLC is not liable for any resulting consequences of such actions. 
Removal: All members and guests of Nouveau Spaces a service by Media Commanders, LLC must adhere to our community guidelines, terms of service, and privacy policy. Non-compliance with our guidelines may result in removal from our premises and suspension of your membership and membership privileges without refund. Failure to follow these membership rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or even termination of membership. We believe that a cooperative and respectful atmosphere contributes to the success of our community. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a positive and inspiring workspace for all at Nouveau Spaces. 
By participating in membership events, activities, and interactions, members acknowledge and accept these limitations of liability. Members are encouraged to exercise caution, personal judgment, and due diligence in all their interactions and activities within Media Commanders. 
By adhering to this Code of Conduct, we commit to creating a positive, supportive, and thriving community within Media Commanders. We understand that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership, as determined by Management.

Members also agree to abide by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 
Member, Inc agrees to have read and accepted the terms of this agreement, it’s policies and community guideline.
